These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mopar Event Calendar’s website (https://mopareventcalendar.com/) and related services (“MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR” or the “Service”). MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR may be used for personal or business purposes according to the following Terms.
We will provide the Service pursuant to this Agreement and our then-standard policies and procedures.
1.2 User Accounts
In order to use certain features of MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR (such as submitting an event), you may be required to register for an account (“Account”) and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the account registration form. You represent and warrant that: (a) all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information. You may delete your Account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR. We may suspend or terminate your Account in accordance with Section 4. Any use or access by anyone under the age of 13 is prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR allows you to post content, including event descriptions, photos, comments, links, and other materials. Anything you post or otherwise make available on MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR, particularly event listings, is referred to as “User Content”. You retain all copyrights, ownership and are solely responsible for the User Content you post to MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR.
Crucially, you are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted event details, including dates, times, locations, and descriptions.
MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR does not control any Account and does not have any obligations to monitor any User Content for any purpose. You may not upload any threatening, defamatory, abusive, obscene, pornographic, inappropriate or profane material or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
2.2 How We and Other Users Can Use Your Content
MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR is an event listing site designed for sharing Mopar event information. As such, you grant MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR and our users a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to copy, display, distribute, download, transmit and otherwise use your User Content on MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR. Nothing in these Terms shall restrict other legal rights that MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR may have to User Content, for example under other licenses. We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content, or change the way it is used in the Service, for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms or any other policies.
2.3 How Long We Keep Your Content For
Following termination or deactivation of your account, or if you remove any User Content from MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR, we may retain your User Content for a reasonable period of time for backup, archive, or audit purposes. Furthermore, MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR and our users may retain and continue to use, store, display, reproduce, save, modify, create derivative works, perform and distribute any of your User Content that other users have stored or shared on MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR.

You may terminate your Account at any time.
We reserve the right to terminate your Account or your access to MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR, at our sole discretion, in the case of breach of these Terms.
4. Privacy, Ownership, and Usage

4.3 Ownership and Usage Restrictions
We exclusively own all rights, title, and interest to MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR, excluding User Content which is owned in accordance with Section 2. 5. Maintenance & Security
5.1] We may interrupt the Service to perform maintenance on MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR equipment or software, or to address and/or mitigate the effects of security breaches, virus attacks, denial of service attacks, and other intentional interferences by third parties. We will exercise reasonable efforts to inform you before interrupting Service and to repair the Service promptly.

MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR AND ITS AFFILIATES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, TITLE AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THOSE ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE IN LAW OR FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE EVENT INFORMATION LISTED ON THE SITE, WHICH IS LARGELY USER-SUBMITTED.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT, CANCELLATION, OR ACCURACY OF ANY EVENTS LISTED ON THE SERVICE.
WITHOUT LIMITATION ON THE FOREGOING, MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR AND THIRD PARTY SERVICES PROVIDER AND DISTRIBUTORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT ERROR OR THAT THE SERVICE AND SERVERS OR ANY EMAIL SENT FROM MOPAREVENTCALENDAR.COM ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES, BUGS, WORMS OR ANY OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. IN NO WAY IS MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR RESPONSIBLE FOR COSTS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING TO DATA OR HARDWARE EQUIPMENT, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR AND ITS AFFILIATES ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, ANY DAMAGES TO, OR VIRUSES THAT MAY INFECT YOUR OR ANY OTHER COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PROPERTY ON ACCOUNT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR BROWSING IN THE SERVICE OR YOUR UPLOADING OR DOWNLOADING OF ANY DATA, TEXT, IMAGES, VIDEO, AUDIO OR OTHER MATERIALS, FROM THE MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR SITE.

7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us (and our officers, employees, and agents) harmless, including costs and attorneys’ fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of (a) your use of MOPAR EVENT CALENDAR, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of applicable laws or regulations, (d) your participation in any event listed on the Service, or (e) User Content. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims.
